For the purposes of the GDPR, Sansthas Lab Private Limited acts as a Data Processor for the information managed by Client Organizations, while the Client Organization acts as the Data Controller.
We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to an individual ("Personally Identifiable Information"). This includes registration details such as names, email addresses, mobile numbers, and organizational affiliations provided during account setup.
We also collect technical data automatically, such as IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns, to ensure the security and functionality of the Platform.
For Client Organizations, we may collect financial and governance-related data necessary for the operation of their Tenant Platforms.
We process your information to provide, maintain, and improve our SaaS services, to facilitate communication between Client Organizations and their members, and to provide customer support.
Under GDPR, our legal basis for processing this data includes the performance of a contract with our Client Organizations, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and efficient Platform.
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling without explicit consent.
As a SaaS provider, your data may be stored or processed in servers located outside your home country. We ensure that such transfers are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, utilizing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other recognized safeguard mechanisms to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection regardless of where it is processed.
